It was a little while ago now, but I had the luxury of jetting over to Amsterdam to do a talk for the iGaming SuperShow 2014 which was held in Amsterdam. I was scheduled to talk about the internet brain - and how best to engage customers online, but as you can tell from the audio, it turned into something quite different, and more personal.
To be honest, the whole day was very much out of my comfort zone - as a music and arts journalist, heading to a massive international online bingo event was something "new" to say the least. Looking back, it's still quite surreal, but I met some fantastic people, and definitely pushed myself in new ways!
