"We'll do bullet points again!
- I'm working on issue two of Soundsphere magazine. So far we have confirmed interviews with Skindred, My Passion Pendulum, Japanese Voyeurs, The Officers, Hungry Ghosts, Punk Pie, Creative Vandals and Bang Hair. It's going to be a lot different to the metal and goth direction of the first one - there will still be the dark and heavier content, but it is really important for me to appeal to as many people as possible with this new one right 'across the board'. I'm hoping to have it ready for summer.
- The site (soundspheremag.com) is going very well, and we are constantly getting more hits. That's updated daily of course, so don't forget to check that out! We've just done some 'cracking' new interviews this week.
- I am continuing to work with YSJ Connect and we've got loads of new features on that site now (link on the main page). It's great to be working with York St John and meeting a lot of fantastic talent currently studying, and those who have recently graduated to chat about their 'big ideas'. This site really is proof that there is lots to do in the city and some awesome ideas going around.
- I have also been working for Higher York recently in a similar role to YSJ Connect - interviewing ex-students about how the university has supported them. I have been able to meet some really interesting people along with my colleague Keith Findlater. Hopefully those will be popping up somewhere soon.
- I just discovered some media associated with my 10k York run in August of last year. Check this audio interview that a friend did on my behalf with the BBC way back in August. How sweet? What a lovely bit of promotion for the Jane Tomlinson 10k as well that happens every year. It was a great pleasure to be a part of that. Looking forward to doing that again this year.
- On a similar note, I was recently interviewed alongside Mike Leigh Cooper for Virgin Media Pioneers about how important confidence is in business. You can see that here.
- Towards the end of last year, I also had an article written about me in York's Local Link magazine, which was very nice. You can see that below!
I wish everyone all the best for this year. I've got loads of ideas and projects in development and, as ever, I thank you for your time and support."

There's a great new artist called Kid Adrift who I am really enjoying at the moment. Check out one of his videos below!
